Thought/Product of the week:
Fluids
When the weather starts to heat up, most people start spending more time outside. The warmer months are a great time to increase your physical activity by playing recreation sports outside, walking the dog, or simply playing outside with your family. Make sure that you are drinking plenty of fluids to avoid getting dehydrated. Also, be careful of high-calorie drinks such as sodas or sports drinks; the average person does not need the extra calories that come from these types of beverages. Sticking with plain or flavored water is the best way to keep yourself hydrated and avoid unnecessary calories or carbonation.
